Brought to you by World of martial arts television
The birth of the Lee Jun fan Journal came from an appendix of the Bruce and Brandon Lee Appreciation society which was the longest running Bruce Lee Fan magazine in the United Kingdom and around the world, which had roots with the original Kung Fu monthly Bruce Lee Society which was the first club.
When Martial Arts Illustrated asked its resident Bruce Lee writer Andrew Staton to come up with a new title for their Bruce Lee Column, he decided to call it the Jun Fan Journal; this has run for over a decade. However, the format of the magazine has changed again and therefore the title has changed for the new Bruce Lee column, leaving the Jun Fan Journal without a home.
Therefore to give the column a new home to grow and expand we have changed over to the World of Martial Arts (WOMA) web site .
To give these pages a new feel we have added Lee to the title to give it a bit more depth and called it the Lee Jun Fan Journal .Which its primary aim is to inform, educate and reveal all material on the late Bruce Lee, his method of Martial art Jeet Kune Do and any one or thing which is related to these subjects. We still have are Facebook page call the British Jun Fan Journal, it has this title in respect to author and Jeet Kune Do Historian Paul Bax who set up a Jun Fan Journal in America and has several books to his name on said subject. https://en-gb.facebook.com/junfanjournalu.k/
So as Bruce Lee Said “Dam the Torpedo full speed ahead” and welcome to the column with news reviews and interviews on the subject on the one and only Martial Arts Master Bruce Lee.
Andrew Staton & Kieran Clarkin.
