I was born 1964, the year of the Dragon and I’m the founder of a new Martial Art concept Wing Tai Ch’uan Un-Stylistic Gung-Fu. I founded the art in 1997 from a street fight.
I studied philosophy at the age of 16, to learn about the planet that we live on, and to understand why? we are here. It’s very important to me, as a Martial Art Instructor to find the truth about the way of life, how to direct the right balance within are lifestyles, and to help other’s on to their path, so their can have a good journey through life.
I’m a very positive person, and I don’t like waisting time, I train 3 hours a day seven days a week, to keep my body in shape and my mind clear from stressful day to day living.
I love Television work, I’m a professional Off-Line Editor and a location Sound Recordist, qualification’s NVQ level 4.
I like Chinese cooking, it keeps me relaxed and focused, it’s very creative, in mind and spirit.
