A special limited Picture Disc soundtrack  was produced of the 1973 ultimate martial arts action film Enter the Dragon to celebrate its 45th Anniversary.  This was Bruce Lee's final film appearance before his death on 20 July 1973 at age 32.  The film was first released on 26 July 1973 in Hong Kong, six days after Lee's death.

The film is considered the greatest martial arts films of all time; because of this in 2004, the Library of Congress because of the film's cultural, historical and aesthetic significance selected it for preservation in the United States National Film Registry.

Argentine pianist and conductor Lalo Schifrin who is well for the music from Mission Impossible, Dirty Harry, Kung Fu the Movie (Which starred Brandon Lee) and Rush Hour (starring Jackie Chan) composed the film score. This is the very first time Enter The Dragon has been made available on Picture Disc, and was in store on the day cost about £25. (If you are quick, you may still find some in independent record stores)
